So we didn't quite make it to the Ball....but we did go to dinner before hand with the other officers and their wives at the British Open Pub which was fantastic. We had every intention of making it the Ball but after dinner I was extremely tired. Chemo week is never the best week. We left a little early from dinner to go home to relax for a while before the Ball started and never made it back out. I just didn't want to push it too far- I felt so lucky and grateful to beable to get dressed up and see everyone before hand that I didn't mind not attending the actual Ball. I could barely walk this time last year and going wasn't even an option. Dinner was great though and everyone looked amazing! We took a few pictures for our Christmas card when we got home and then put on our pjs. We were in bed by ten. Still a great night. :)

T and I had a nice long relaxing weekend. Just what I needed. The weather here has been awesome. Love it. Nice and Fallish. I've been busy scrapbooking and will post pictures of my layouts tomorrow. I'm finally finding my groove and I love it!

You guys look so beautiful together. I am so happy you went to at least the dinner. You looked wonderful, and I could totally tell in the pic w/ you two at the pub you had your hair done. The highlights and low lights look awesome. Really makes you sparkle. Not that you don't do that all on your own.
