Normalcy

Things seem to be returning back to 'normalcy' around here. I'm doing normal things again like making dinner and doing laundry. I actually made cookies today! I haven't had the energy to do that in so long. And Thomas has gone back to work full time. It feels so good. I feel so good. That will all end tomorrow- Chemo day....for the next three days. Not fun. But it's making me better and I'm grateful. I just hate the way it makes me feel. So tired, so nauseous...I lose my moto and it takes awhile for it to return. The last round I slept more than I usually do and I seemed to recover faster so that's my plan for this round too.

The weather is absolutely gorgeous! Spring is here! Now I just need to get out and enjoy it. I did open up the windows to let the warm breeze fill the house. So nice.

Oh, I almost forgot....some super great news aside from me being cured.....I got approved for disability! What a stress relief! With me not working, things were rather tight around here and this is going to help so much. It's sucks having a reason to need disability but I'm glad we now have that extra cushion financially.
