I think one thing that is really going to help me get through the next months is a routine. Not the boring mundane routine you associate with that word either. A routine filled with new things but are a constant. Constantly pushing myself. Constantly going out of my comfort zone. Finding myself. I have started running/walking again now that my sister is gone. I love the feeling afterward. I love sweating. I'm starting out at two miles and will work myself up to at least four. That is the first thing on my 'Routine List'- a two mile run/walk.
Tom and I haven't really talked much lately. He is so busy and stressed. He calls every morning around 7:30 am (8:30 pm in Japan) or we get on instant messenger and talk. This morning when he called we only talked for about five minutes because all of the jets were broke and in need of his attention. I can't even imagine the stress of having multimillion dollar jets to take care of......not to mention the lives of the pilots who fly them.
Tom's dad and stepmom are coming for the weekend. I'm excited to have them here. They are very helpful and I look forward to their company. Tom is like his dad- he can't sit still for very long. I have tons of things to keep him busy!! :)

Congratulations on your successful routines. I wish I loved to sweat. I love not sweating, and it's not the healthiest of compulsions.
Sounds like you are getting yourself grounded in life again! Good job- It's great that J & J are close - so they can visit - I'm a little jealous :) - Miss your "sleepovers and talks" - love you - MOM
