New Computer

Tom has been hard at work on the kitchen. We are trying to get it finished before he leaves in 2 weeks. I helped scrape down the popcorn ceiling last night. It's such a messy job but well worth the powdery mess in your eyes, mouth, nose etc... He took down the nasty ugly tiles and put up bead broad for the back splash that we plan on painting. The kitchen is going to look so nice. I'm going to work on our bedroom, bathroom and the laundry room while Tom is away. We wanted to have it all completed before he left but it didn't happen. I'm actually looking forward to the challenge- and it will give me something to focus on.

On another note, we got our computer yesterday! Yes, we didn't have our own until now. Tom and I both have access at work and didn't find it necessary. But now that he is leaving, emails are going to be our means of communication so I thought it was time. I'm so excited!!!

Time to get back to work.....We are going camping this weekend so I'm taking tomorrow off. It has been in the 90s here all week. I'm not looking forward to sleeping in this hotness! I'm so taking my fan!
