Hi everyone, this is Tom.
Alison was admitted into Community North Hospital yesterday after some tests. We're here because we couldn't control her fever or her pain and her migraines were more and more frequent, and things were bad enough that I was worried something was wrong, beyond what is wrong normally. The tests didn't reveal definitives, but raised suspicion that tumorous growth is what's making things go for the worse.
It's time for a plan!

- Ali was diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer (Neuroendocrine Small Cell) when she was 25 years old. Her battle with cancer was one more way her beauty shined through. She was grace and strength. Her faith and spirit are what drives her husband, family and friends. Tom's still writing at "Our Lady, Star of the Sea."

I pray that God will let us see his plan and very soon. I ask him to take Ali's pain and fill it instead with a return of strength in body and mind.

I think and pray for you all daily. Tom, thanks for being so diligent about writing nearly every day. I think it is especially impressive that you write things like "we" need to be admitted". You too have experience far too much of what any young couple in love should face. You both are an inspiration to my marriage!

Alison, I don't know you, but I pray for you all the time. It is so obvious that you are on this earth for a reason and you are a wonderful soul. God will provide. Keep trusting in him through the hardest of times and he will bring you strength.
Alison, I don't know you personally, but my husband, Darren, and I went to high school with Tom. I've been stalking both of your blogs for awhile now and I figured it was time to reveal myself!
