Springtime In January!

The weather here in SC is absolutely gorgeous! I just checked weather.com and it says it's 78 degrees here! The sun is out in full force and I love it! My hydrangeas and glads think it's springtime!

Here is a picture of Thomas' latest adventure in the "woodshop". I think it's my favorite piece he has made. Love it! He is now working on downsizing the liquor cabinet he built a couple years ago. It was just too big- hence all the liquor on the new book shelve. It's waiting for its new home.

This week is going to be a busy one for me. Today I have to get my procrit shot and blood drawn for my transfusion tomorrow morning. I start chemo on Wednesday which will last till Friday. Then on Sunday I have to go in and get my white blood cell shot. And then.......leave for Indiana. Plus pack and do laundry and all that fun stuff. I'm so glad I'm feeling so well. Life is good.

Keep the good news coming! And 78 degrees...I am jealous. It is a rainy 42 here today.

Can you bring the 78 degrees to Indiana with you, please? It's COLD and RAINY here!! Poopy.

Have a SAFE trip and I expect a lot of pictures of good ol' In when you return!!!

You non-SC-ers should know it's not always this nice here in January. Last week it did get kind of cold in the evenings (and I say that as an Indiana boy), but indeed it has warmed up again and today is warm and sunny.

My theory is that Alison brought back the nice weather with her good health and good spirits.

you and Tom should write a book together. Both your talents and ease in expressing yourselves is so inspiring to others. Wonder if you guys know anyone who could illustrate? hmmm.. :)

His latest writings to you..WOW...I would have thought they were straight from a Sparks novel. Awesome talent!
