Yard Sales and Crashes

The weekend went well- except for one minor thing- Sarah back into my car on Friday. Not a big deal- it so can be fixed. We took it directly to the shop to get an estimate- the same place it was fixed when Tom hit it. The total damage= $540. She felt horrible but accidents happen. We were too busy talking about iTrips. I offered to pay for half but Sarah wasn't having it. I still think it's the friendly thing to do.

The yard sale went well. Getting up at 6:00 am and standing outside in the cold wasn't so fun. I didn't sell as much as I wanted but did make a little money. Sarah did well but it all went to the "Fix Alison's Car Fund". Everything we didn't sell went to Goodwill. It feels so good to have it all out of my house.

Today was spent working on the kitchen. I want to get it finished before the weekend. I have to babysit all day on Saturday and will need to hit up the g-store for all the Thanksgiving trimmings not to mention clean the house for the family's arrival. I need to impress my momma....let her know that all that house cleaning she made us do growing up has paid off.
